About Grace Tallon

Hi, I’m Grace.

I’m the Co‑founder of Work Time Revolution, where we help organizations redesign how we work - harnessing AI for productivity while creating space for people to thrive.

I work at the intersection of creativity, gender equality, and human‑centered design - helping organizations ensure the productivity gains of AI are shared as time dividends that improve lives, not just bottom lines. My focus? Closing workplace inequalities, reducing burnout, and replacing outdated systems with models where innovation, equity, and wellbeing drive performance together.

I also served as a politician in Ireland, leading progressive policy change and championing initiatives that centered on equality and opportunity.

I have worked with 4 Day Week Global, as an Executive Director of a non-profit, co‑founded &Co. to help people disconnect from tech and reconnect with creativity, and advised organizations as a strategic consultant on workplace transformation and leadership.

My passion for creativity goes beyond work design. As a Visiting Scholar at Salem State University, I conducted research on how music education can break down barriers to social mobility - showing how creativity builds the skills AI can’t replicate: judgment, adaptability, and imagination.

I bring a background that spans politics, advocacy, research, and the arts - bridging strategy with storytelling, and data with real‑world change.

Thanks for stopping by.
